Service Description
I offer professional product removal for all nail types. "Product Removal" can be done as a stand alone service or added in the "Removal" section of your manicure and or pedicure. If you are receiving the same service as the removal, there are no additional fees, unless the product is from somewhere else. Soft Gels such as builder gels and overlays are 20 minutes for $20. Removal is typically done with a hand file, acetone, and cotton foils as long as the nails are not too bulky. Thicker gels such as Gel-X, & Sculpted Soft Gels will have a $25 fee with a 30 minute process, utilizing an electronic file, acetone, and foils. Please note that the electronic files are only used to remove the bulkiness of a product. It is never used on your natural nail bed. For Acrylics, Poly-Gels, and Hard Gels, expect a $35 fee with a 30-45 minute removal involving electronic filing until the product can safely be removed using a hand file. I will ensure a gentle yet effective experience, allowing you to transition smoothly to your next fabulous manicure!
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule your appointment up to one hour before your scheduled time. You may completely cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you have an urgent matter and need to make a last minute change, please reach out and let me know. Repetitive no shows will result in declined future bookings and missed appointment fees. I can only guarantee work that I have performed. I will not repair Acrylics, Acrylic Dips, Poly-Gels, or Hard Gels. I will not repair or fill someone else's work including all soft gels. Please have the enhancements removed before your appointment or schedule a removal with me. For sanitation purposes, please do not bring in your own polish or product. Rest assured, I have 100's of colors to choose from and several brands to suit all options. For the safety of all, I will not service hands or feet that have a fungus. The bacteria is highly contagious and can spread very quickly. I am not medically licensed to remove in-grown nails. Please see a physician and be cleared of any infections or open wounds before making an appointment. Thank you for understanding!
